Standard Warranty for Pulsatio Lamps

Pulsatio is pleased to offer a standard one-year warranty for all our Lamp Products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that may arise under normal usage conditions.

What’s Covered:

1. Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

2. Malfunctions or failures due to normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Normal wear and tear.

How to Claim:

If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team at support@pulsatiohome.com. To process your claim, proof of purchase and details of the issue will be required.

Resolution:

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will either repair or replace the defective parts of the lamp. If replacement is not possible, we may offer an equivalent product.
