Delivery and Returns

Order Processing: Orders within UAE for in-stock items are typically processed and delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note other products like the Luna Lamp is made to order therefore allow 5-7 business days ordering processing for the same. For international orders please refer to no. 2.
Shipping: We offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Address: Ensure that your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is lost or delayed during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and you can choose between a replacement or a refund.
Returns for Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. However, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be in its original condition.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed promptly upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customized Items: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
