2. What materials do you use for 3D printing?
We are proud to incorporate Wood PLA, a sustainable and versatile material, into many of our 3D printed products. Wood PLA is a unique filament that combines the eco-friendliness of biodegradable PLA with the natural beauty of wood fibers. We prioritize the use of other eco-friendly materials such as PLA (Polylactic Acid), which is biodegradable and derived from renewable resources like cornstarch. 
3. Are your 3D printed products durable?
Yes, our 3D printed products are designed to be durable and long-lasting. However, the durability can vary based on the material and product type. We provide care instructions for each product to ensure they last.
4. How is the production process of 3D Printing sustainable?
Reduced Waste: Traditional manufacturing methods often produce significant waste material. In 3D printing, material is deposited precisely where needed, minimizing waste.
Local Production: We produce our products locally, which reduces the carbon footprint associated with long-distance shipping.
Low- Volume Production: 3D printing allows for on-demand and customized production, reducing excess inventory and waste associated with mass production.

Purchasing and Receiving:
1. How can I purchase products from Pulsatio? 
You can purchase our products through our online shop. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. You can also browse our catalogues on our Whatsapp Business Account and from any of our social accounts (Facebook and Instagram) and make a purchase by sending us a direct message. We strive to give you straight-forward process. 
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for online purchases. Your payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway. We also offer COD Payment options for orders in the UAE.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time may vary depending on your location and the specific product. Generally for in-stock items and for orders within UAE, it takes  2-4 business days for order processing and delivery from the date of purchase. For customized items like the Luna Lamp, allow 5-7 business days lead time. You will receive a tracking number once your order is out for delivery.

4. Do you ship internationally?
For international orders, please reach out to us and we will work to meet your requirements.
Returns:
1. What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and you can choose between a replacement or a refund.

2. Can I return a product if I changed my mind?
We understand that preferences can change. If you decide that you no longer want the product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. However, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be in its original condition.

Our products are designed for easy care. Specific care instructions are included with each product. Generally, gentle handwashing or wiping with a damp cloth is sufficient for maintenance. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and harsh chemicals to prolong the product’s life.
2. Are replacement parts available for your products?
We strive to provide a durable and long-lasting product experience. However, if you need replacement parts for any reason, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
Warranty:
1. Do you have warranty on your products?
